Author Dr. Anil Kumar Varshney holds a BAMS and MD (Ay) degree with a specialization in Rachana Sharir (Anatomy). He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Rachana Sharir (Anatomy) at Gangasheel Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, located in Mapuria Janki Prasad, Kamua, Bisalpur Road, Bareilly. Previously, he worked as an Assistant Professor in the same department at the Future Institute of Ayurvedic Medical Sciences and Hospital, Gausganj Sarai, Faridpur, Bareilly – 243123. Author Dr. Neetu Singh holds a BAMS degree from Uttaranchal Ayurvedic Medical College, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. She pursued her MD from Himalaya Ayurvedic Medical College with a specialization in Yoga and Naturopathy. Further advancing her academic qualifications, she earned a PhD from Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab. Her educational background reflects a strong foundation in Ayurveda, complemented by expertise in Yoga and Naturopathy, contributing to her proficiency in holistic healing and wellness.
