If the password reset link you received in your onboarding email has expired, or if you’ve simply forgotten your password, don’t worry. It happens to the best of us! Whether you’ve lost access to your login credentials or want to update your password for security reasons, resetting your password on the Prachi Author Dashboard is quick and hassle-free.

In this step-by-step guide, we’ll walk you through the process of regaining access to your account, so you can get back to managing your books, tracking sales, and staying on top of your author dashboard with ease.

Steps to Reset Your Password

Step 1. Go to the Author Login Page

To begin the password reset process, go to the official Prachi Author Dashboard login page by clicking the link below or entering it into your browser:

Step 2. Click on “Reset Password?”

On the Author Dashboard login screen, look just below the login form for a link labeled “Reset Password?”, this is what you’ll need to start the recovery process.

Where to find it: It’s usually placed below the Login button or under the email/password fields. If you’re using a mobile device, you might need to scroll slightly to see it. Click on “Reset Password?” to proceed to the next step.

Step 3. Enter Your Registered Email

After clicking “Reset Password?”, you’ll be directed to a page asking for your email address. This must be the same email that was used by our team to register your author account with Prachi Publishing.

Type your email address into the field provided. Double-check for any spelling errors to ensure the reset link reaches your inbox. Once submitted, the system will send a password reset link to your registered email.

Note: If you’re not sure which email is linked to your account, check your onboarding email or contact support for assistance.

Step 4. Check Your Email Inbox

After submitting your email, you’ll receive a email with a link to reset your password. Open your email inbox that is linked to your author account. Look for a message from Prachi Publishing with the subject line like: “Password Reset Request”. Kindly note that make sure to check your spam/junk folder if the email doesn’t arrive in a few minutes.

Step 5. Set a New Password

Once you receive the password reset email, open it and click on the reset link provided. This link will take you to a secure page where you can create a new password for your account. Click the reset link (or copy and paste it into your browser if clicking doesn’t work). You’ll be taken to a “Set New Password” page. Enter a new password of your choice. After entering and confirming your new password, save the changes.

Step 6. New Password Set and Auto Login to Author Dashboard

After successfully resetting your password, the system will automatically log you into your Author Dashboard — no need to return to the login page or enter your credentials again.

Step 7. You’re now back in and ready to:

Congratulations! your password has been successfully reset, and you’re now logged into your Author Dashboard.

  • View and manage your book listings
  • Track sales and royalty reports
  • Access your author resources

Step 6. You’ll receive a Confirmation Email

You will also receive an email confirming that your password has been changed. This is a security measure to help protect your account. Make sure you recognize the change. You’re now back in and ready to explore your author dashboard, view reports, manage books, and track sales, all in one place.
