Ashok Patsariya ‘Nadan’

Ashok Patsariya ‘Nadaan’ was born on January 1, 1960, in Lidhaura, Tikamgarh, Madhya Pradesh (PIN: 472331). He is the son of the late Shri Kaushal Kishore Sharma, a teacher, and the late Smt. Suraj Devi. He is married to Smt. Vandana Patsariya, who is also a teacher. They have two children: a son, Engineer Ashutosh Patsariya, based in Bhopal (MP), and a daughter, Engineer Smt. Jyoti Dewaliya, residing in Lalitpur (UP).

Mr. Patsariya holds Master’s degrees in Geography and Hindi. He is a retired Postmaster from the Government of India. A versatile writer, he composes in all genres and metrical forms of Hindi literature. He has contributed to over 70 collaborative poetry anthologies, including Kavya Shatak, Meri Nazar Se, Bundelkhand Ke Aadhunik Kavi, Ghazal Ke Musafir, Hindi Ke Samarpit Sahityakar, Aakanksha and many others.

He draws his spiritual and literary inspiration from his revered Guru, Shri Satpal Ji Maharaj. He has pursued structured training in Bilasa Chhand Mahalay, Chhattisgarh, and maintains a deep connection with yoga and spirituality. Ashok Patsariya has received hundreds of institutional literary awards in recognition of his contribution to Hindi literature.

His published works include Kalamb Abhi Zinda Hai (a collection of Dohas), Chhandamrit (a compilation of metrical poetry), Dil-e-Nadaan (a collection of ghazals), and Main Kalam Ka Hoon Sipahi (a collection of poems).
